Entering a new stage of life can feel surprisingly challenging. Coaching with Elaine was extremely positive and allowed me to understand that what I was feeling was not unusual and that I should not feel there is something wrong with me. Our sessions together  helped me clarify the  concerns that I felt and allowed me to focus on finding ways forward. 

Alongside the coaching the styling support was a real highlight for me. I felt stuck in a rut and lost in fears that I was dressing inappropriately, too young or too boring. Elaine talked through what styles I liked, what clothes I felt comfortable in and made practical suggestions that feel current and like me. 

Elaine has a beautiful way of making you feel relaxed and honest, her advice is understanding of reality and limitations and is never instructive or judgemental. If you are considering coaching with Elaine, I one hundred percent recommend that you go ahead.

This experience was transformative. The coaching process enabled me to pinpoint and gain awareness and clarity about my goals, values, life balance and purpose. All life enhancing, but the addition of the outer presence and how to show up for myself and to others was enlightening.

I hadn’t considered the importance of my appearance as such an integral part of my wellbeing and wellness practice but it is huge. The styling and coaching around my emotions with regard to my clothes and appearance provided insights which allow me to focus on shopping and dressing in a way that provides positive emotions and confidence. The styling options were incredible - I would never have imagined such flexibility and looks from small adaptations and this has had a huge impact on how I now shop.

I am generally pretty confident and know my sense of self and style yet I felt intimidated by a big event which was crucial to the growth of my business and which would include my industry peers and investors. I knew it was important I made the right impact and impression so I started with a few coaching sessions to help me with my storytelling and inner confidence. Elaine and I then worked on putting together a small capsule wardrobe to cover the event over a few days. She listened and took onboard my thoughts and desires and she came back with a beautiful collection of items which showed me not only had she listened and understood me but that she had paid a great deal of time and attention to detail to pull things that were wearable, beautiful and which felt like my style.
